The impeachment did not fail. If it failed Clinton would not be impeached. He was impeached. He was not removed from office but he was impeached.

You say he was impeached but it failed. Which is saying he wasn't impeached. He was.

What wasn't said by the author nor by Steve Cooley, are his legal problems are not over with just because he retired this month from the D.A.'s office.

No Steve is due back in Federal court this coming Monday December 10, 2012 on what will be a long and winding legal road he generated for himself.

Don't worry Steve Cooley isn't picking up the legal fees tab for this rather the tax payers of L.A. County are, 100%..
