Shouldn't Emily have failed out? At the very least I would hope even a community college student would know soup is hot. That should be on some sort of culinary test. Poor Mr Darwin must be turning over in his grave, evolution should have taken care of Emily years ago. Well...on the bright side being a litigious moron will brand her much more than those burns: as an unhireable liability.
