Worst company ever to deal with when it comes to settling a credit as a third party...seriously, I felt very bullied...they would constantly call over, and over and over....even at work after they were told not to...."Stay Away!"

The staff at Niagara Credit Recovery are very helpful. They are more than willing to work with you and are very respectful. It can be very embarrassing to owe money, but their kindness makes it much easier. Thank you so much for your understandin, and helping me .

Niagara Credit Recovery - who are they? Cannot find solid business information on them anywhere. They are not a licensed collection agency, how could they own the debt they allege YOU owe them? Let's pretend they are legit for a moment. They're regularly breaking fair debt collection acts. Please people, know your rights. Demand validation. Document all company communications - calls and letters. Report violations and complaints to your state Consumer Protection Agency and Dept. of Financial Institutions, then report the same complaints to the state agencies in New York. Knowledge is power.

I had to clear some credit card debts that I incurred in college to buy my home. I was able to settle the one that niagara credit recovery had. Not a big balance, but still my fault for not paying this last year. They gave me a settlement at half the balance owed. I did require the written agreement prior, which they did w/out issue. I had a paid letter faxed right to my loan officer & that was it !!!

I just got a call from them and they were nice worked with me and settle a credit card bill i owned over 5000.00 on and they settle it out for 40%. and 2 days after i got a letter faxed over showing that i paid this is full even know i settled it .. I wish they had the other 2 bills i owe too cause the other comapany would go below 60% ..... A one in my book thanks guys

Deadbeat debtors, is that what you call someone who had there job shipped overseas by some scumbag CEO. who happened to have his kid get sick and lost everything because the insurance company wouldn't pay. You need to wake up about what is a "Deadbeat debtor" before you open your pie hole. These guys helped me.

First and foremost.....Jason Tanner......up yours.
You don't know anything about what situation someone who owe's debt is in.....so get off your high horse.

These people contacted me relentlessly, my family and even a couple of friends. How they obtained their phone numbers i'm sure is not legal......but they never would answer when asked how.

Once i was able to send money, i arranged pay dates over four months. They had my debit card number and were told not to make a transaction without speaking to me first and they agreed to it. The last payment they pulled out of my account 2 weeks and 2 days early. This caused a serious overdraft .... do they care? no. did they make amends? no Unethical, unprofessional vultures is what they are. And liars.
