We have always enjoyed having the monkeys in our neighborhood. I have never seen or heard of any problems with having the monkeys. I am very happy to know that they will be getting the opportunity to have a larger and more adequate enviroment for them. Please allow them to enjoy a better life. I would also like to take the time to thank the people that are caring for them and wanting to give them a better place to live.

i have known Carmen and Kristi for over 20 years and i dido a the positve words that the other people wrote and i have also helped Carmen and Kristi build thier home. It was a shame that people broke in and stole the electrical wiring in their home under construction. Go get them Carmen and Kristi. ps i'm the ex boy friend and husband of two Colette's...lol

I wish the neighbors in Wilson could talk to the neighbors the monkeys have had in Niagara Falls and see that there is nothing to be nervous about. The monkeys are well cared for and the Presti's property is immaculate. The residents of Wilson should welcome this with open arms!!

I have had the honor of meeting the Presti’s and seeing the animals. I must say that they are wonderful people who love and care for these animals. They have put a lot into the care of these primates and wish to move them onto 30 acres of land. This is a wonderful idea and they are not harming anyone. They have rescued and nursed so many primates back to health. The neighbors in Wilson do not have to care for the animals, but at least get out of the way of people with a heart that will do the job. It will enrich your community and all you have to do is sit back and enjoy.

Are people aware of all the community events that the Presti’s have brought different monkeys, chimpanzees and an assortment of exotic birds to. Art Park in Lewiston, Niagara Power Project Visitor Center- Power Vista, Hyde Park Community events, to name a few. These have been free events that have been overwhelmingly attended by familes with young children. What a wonderful educational experience for all. Why wouldn’t Wilson & the 3 neighbors with concerns, want their Town associated with people who give back to their community?

I agree whole-heartedly with Colette. If people would only redirect their negative energy into a volunteer cause, the world would be a better place. Instead, people get caught up in materialism and self absorption. Thank you, Carmen and Kristi, for your self-sacrifice and dedication to such a worthy cause--helping God's beautiful creatures.

Everyone should be so fortunate to have caring people like Carmen & Kristi Presti moving in to their neighborhood. A couple that has chosen to devote their time to saving animals others cast aside and then using that opportunity to educate and entertain the public, including numerous children, with their presentations. I think I am able to find worse qualities in a person.

I live about 2 miles from where they are building their new home.
I also work in Niagara Falls in the neighborhood where they presently are living. I don't have any problem with them coming to Wilson. WELCOME to Wilson! Not everyone in Wilson is opposed to this facility.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Carmen and Christie professionally for over ten years and I am amazed at the way they are being attacked. The Presties are a loving, caring couple; who are not only sincere in their committment to wildlife but to humanity in general. I hope the interference from a few narrow minded, bias individuals does not deter them in any fashion from their goals.

I live about 5 minutes away and would look forward to them coming to the area. Better them than the smelly cows.
