Okay, I don't know who is telling the truth, and ultimately...I don't really care. All that I know is that it is he said/she said right now, and that doesn't really give anybody a right to judge Mr. Chiarella. I don't know him, and probably never will-yet I am educated enough to realize 16 year olds are kids and they will say what they have to if they really want something. For a man with an amazing reputation before this whole ordeal, I find it rather absurd that other upstanding citizens want to create such drama and rumors about this mans life. This young lady, she doesn'thave such a good past and reputation. The facts all point to Mr. Chiarella was screwed by the system....who can really say that hasn't happened to them at some point, and in some way in their lives. Just seems a little immature people want to degrade this man and his family when they don't even know the people involved or the whole story.

Paul Chiarella - GUILTY

Ha, maybe I'm the first sane student that is inputing their opinion on this topic. Mr. Chiarella is GUILTY beyond the sligtest doubt. Even if this girl had involvement with Mr. Chiarella, you all must realize that he is the adult and the one who should and is going to be held responsible. She was the bigger person and spoke up first. Mr. Chiarella also imposed suicide onto this girls conscience, what a creep! This is a very serious matter that can not be differed based on peoples unhealthy infatuations with this monster. This man is a disgrace to the school and is doing the fantastic staff and students a major disservice. Also, why would a girl come forward and make this entire case up? It is completly impossible that this is all a joke. As for the individuals that know and defend Paul Chiarella, I would like to add that I knew him too and actually found him to be a very nice man, however the incriminating details of this case overpower my like for him. Mr. Chiarella is a pervert who should have known better. It all goes to show that in the end your actions will catch up with you.
