Regarding "Group displays opposition to Congressman Ney" in the Mount Vernon News on Friday, March 24, 2006:

Is there some reason a report was not made about what happended inside the Knox County Service Center? It seems that Nye was in Mount Vernon to address the Community Block Development Grant. Instead, the written article only covered what happened outside at 117 East High Street with comments made by a group of protesters. Some came to protest the war in Iraq! But, there wasn't a word written about Community Block Development Grant. I consider myself rather intelligent and have a good concept of Nye's situation without looking at protesters on steps and reading how the Iraq war irritates some people.
