I'm still baffled as to why a physical attack (like hitting someone in the face) is still considered harassment.

"HARASSMENT: An unidentified man hit a 21-year-old woman in the face around 2:39 a.m. Sunday at a party at 11 Britton Road, according to Pennsylvania State Police, Carlisle."

I am surprised it was even listed. My friend (16 years old) was hit in the face by a woman (34 years old) and nothing was said and no charges were even put on the woman! They said that anyone over 12 is considered adult and it is not an "assult & battery" case.........I don't get it. I guess we can just punch anyone we want anymore.
