An 18 year old is not a minor; an 18 year old can go to war and fight for our country... both voluntarily and involuntarily. An 18 year old can vote for our nation's leaders.

Yet alcohol is the worst thing in the world.

This is not news.

The law is the law. Think the law should be changed? Contact a legislator in the PA general assembly. Exempt "Pay Raise" Punt because his interests are self.
