This man would have it made here in N.Y.S. in some areas the liberal Judges give them, upon recommended plea deals with the D.A.'s 5 years probation , fines and Victim Impact panels, conditional or hardship licenses. That's after only 3 D.W.I's.Only in America folks is this Crime deemed a non Violent one.One person in Columbia County got some prison time and He had 7 D.W.S's,must know somebody!

Attacked by the animals in jail with him. Now, that should give people who get slobbering drunk and DUI.
Getting a jail sentence for multiple DUI offenses is spot on correct. Recently, a drunk driver who caused the accident that killed Pennsylvania Senator James Rhodes, was arrested after a careful investigation by the PSP. Pennsylvania legislators should increase the penalties for DUI convictions.

Thomas Senavitis, who allegedly drove drunk and caused a car crash Oct. 17 that killed veteran state Sen. James J. Rhoades, was released after posting $25,000 straight cash bail Wednesday night, according to the Monroe County Prison. Senavitis, who continues to maintain his innocence despite test results showing his blood-alcohol level was four times the legal limit, is being charged with homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence and a litany of other charges.
