After a horrible event such as this, I haven noticed friends, neighbors, and even people I don't know, responding to this in anger and hatred. As saddened as I am by this mass killing, I know that hatred is not the right approach. The only way to truly heal ourselves, our country, and this world, is to start loving and forgiving. New gun regulations, safety protocols, etc., will not prevent this from happening again somewhere else. The only way to shape a new future where this does not happen, is to be the Change today, that we want to see tomorrow. That change is unconditional love, forgiveness, and healing for everyone single person, regardless of their transgressions. We must make this change, our humanity depends on it. I love you all!:)

You are correct and the final stage ends with acceptance (or forgiveness). But it is not necessary to dwell on any of the first 4 steps for longer periods of time. I remember when my mother died..I went through the stages and it took over 2 years to finally reach acceptance. If someone had been there who had told me "Forgive her. You must forgive her, in order to forgive yourself" and had explained to me how to do that, instead of just saying "I'm here for you, it will get better, just put one foot in front of the other", I would have gotten through those stages and reached peace must faster. Instead I spent 2 years of my life, not showing up present everyday, not being grateful for the gift of life I was given, and above all else, not loving. I put this message out there to show people that there is a better approach, an approach that will provide them with peace and love, and the ability to continue on with their lives. Every life is precious, especially the lives of the parents who lost their children. They have a purpose, a calling, and spiritual work that they a call to do, and only love and forgiveness will allow them to do it.

My God is an angry God because little children were senselessly murdered. He has sent Adam Lanza to HELL! I would no more forgive Lanza than I would forgive Satan!

Forgiveness is not yours to give if you didn't loose a loved one In this tragedy, they will forgive but give them time, don't judge the people that are hurting. God had a plane for each and every one of them, and in time he will lay it on their hearts to forgive of they harm already. But don't tell anyone else how to deal with this, it's not yours to fix, it's not yours to judge and its not yours to forgive. They need love and understanding

Friend, do you think this thing has surprised God??? I have news for you, NOTHING happens without God the Father allowing it to happen. None of us understand that but it is a fact! And let me tell you something else, God loves Adam Lanza just as much as He loves each of those little children. You don't know Adan Lanza, he may very well be a Christian himself. He may very well be in heaven right this very minute along with the children he murdered! We place sins into categories: acceptable, somewhat acceptable, bad, worse, horrible, etc. To God sin is sin and WE ARE ALL SINNERS! Jesus Christ said that if we even HATE another person it is the same as murder. If you hate Adam Lanza, YOU are guilty of murder! Don't dare speak for God! YOU don't know God Almighty and Adam Lanza's relationship! May God forgive Adam Lanza!
The survivors of this horrific tragedy (parents, brothers, sisters, grandparents, husbands, friends, teachers, etc), they all have a huge offense to overcome. Their hearts have been ripped out! If we have not been in their shoes, we can not tell them how to feel or how to deal with the loss or even how to forgive. The healing process will be an individual thing, hopefully between them and God. It may take them years to forgive Adam Lanza! They may even have to forgive God! May God help them all.

I think most of you need to sell your food stamps, buy hooked on phonics then learn how to read. Then go see the wizard for a brain so you can understand the Bible. Then see if you can figure out what the child molesting catholic church left out of your Bible.

Would it be better if we wait 6 months, a year, or 5 years out to forgive him? All that time spent holding anger, depression, and hatred? Is that going to make anyone feel better? No it's not. We can't think about what these children are missing here, presents under the Christmas tree does not matter to them now. They are with their Father. In a glorious, beautiful place. Their souls have already forgiven Adam as well, so why can't we? No one deserves to be murdered. Nor does anyone deserves to become a murderer. We have to take a responsibility as a society for not preventing this event. We can beef up security all we want, but if someone wants to murder someone, they will figure out a way. WE have to start putting back more love and compassion into our country so no one will ever succumb to that dark place where they would think the murder is a solution to any problem. Don't hate Adam. Love him. Forgive him. This is the ONLY way to peace. I love you!

That is your Ego talking. You know as well as we all do, that anything that is not loving, not caring, not compassionate, not holy, not forgiving, and not abundant, is not of God. God does not get angry, because that is not who He is. If you can't forgive Adam, you cannot forgive yourself. Adam's soul is in Heaven with our father now, with the children's souls, who have already forgiven him. You must set aside your anger and see that there is a better way. A more holy way. You know the truth, deep down inside, you know this is not how God would want you to respond to this situation. Jesus said "Love one another, as I have loved you, and as my Father has loved you. This is my commandment." The way to salvation and healing is Love.

The authority to forgive was given to all of us. I am not passing any type of judgement on anyone, especially not the people who are hurting. I am showing them that there is another way to get through their pain. As loss of a single child is felt by all of us. Even if we have never met this child, we all feel the loss because we are all connected as One. If that were untrue, none of us would be sending out our prayers to them. None of us would be caring about what happened. We would be going about our everyday lives as if it never happened. We are all One. The sooner we all realize that, the sooner we can save our world. I forgive Adam, because I love him as much as I love those children, and as much as I love God. You must forgive him as well, when you are ready. The parents will need to forgive him. We all will need to forgive him, in order to forgive ourselves. We must take responsibility for this, as much as he does. I love you!:)

You seem to forget about all the books missing from the Bible, you seem to forget that most are stories and not quotes directly from God. You seem to forget the catholic church is beyond pathetic and has manipulated religion.

This sums up the entire catholic church, which by the way doesn't even follow the Bible that was put together.

I'm sorry I don't remember mentioning anything about the bible or Catholicism, forget. I am not catholic nor of any other organized religion. The is only one "religion", if that what you want to call it, and that is God. However, many people have many different paths that they believe will lead to God/The Creator/The Universe/Etc. My Religion is God. God is Love. That's it. If we are taking action and thinking in Love. The we are thinking with God.

You have one of the brightest souls I have encountered on here. This strong passionate shield that you put up is a reflection on how strong and passionate your ability to love is. I know that these children forgave him, because they are loving souls. They are free of this material false world and are with our father. I do not believe it is alright to commit horrible acts. But because I know who are father is, and who we really are, we have a responsibility to love one another no matter what. The same way our children love us unconditionally no matter what we do or say to them. Children are our biggest teachers in life. The way they love is a reflection of the way our father loves us. Their souls remember this love and give it to us without question. It's not until we start growing up and our parents and society begins to tell us we must think and act differently, that they unconditional love then becomes conditional and selective. But it is still there, just live the blue skies behind grey clouds. All we have to do is fly above it and we will see it again. We must remember who we are to save this world. This anger and hatred your fill is not you "Praying." I love you! God loves you! Look to him and you will find your salvation.

Did your God tell you he is pure love, or did he communicate through a dog ?

So your God who is pure love will forgive Satan, and for eternity have people suffer with evil for trillions and trillions of years.

Did he vote for Obama ?
