To bad the Newtown Building Dept. refuses to go after 46 Birch Hill Road for all of those renovations without a permit. Another crooked inept deal from Town Hall. They even refuse to inspect. And the great amount of back taxes due. Appears FS will do all they can to keep quiet the 15,000 cubic yards of demolished houses, radio-active medical waste, asbestos and refridgerators buried there that have been poisoning the wells around Birch Hill Rd., Scudder, Pepper Ridge, Taunton Hill, Rock Ridge areas quiet.
