Thirteen Connecticut Light & Power or contractor crews will be doing restoration work in Monroe on Saturday, according to Alan Price, CL&P manager for organizational effectiveness and the company's liaison to Monroe.

It seems the only thing CL&P is good at is demanding rate increases and payments.
If Cl&P trimmed like they did years ago and was required to place a percentage underground every year, maybe they would not have had this problem. But if you ignore all issues this is what happens. The DPUC is to blame as much as CL&P.
If you think this was bad just ignore this lesson and let things continue as is
