Big deal, so what. The accused had nothing to do with Newtown. If you want culprits look no further than cops.

Bullcrap, USAToday.

Send a reporter to local cops and ask them how Lanza felt a need to shoot children multiple times.

America is a police state. All kinds of groups compete for the ability to impose their values on others. None of them have any respect for the Bill of Rights.

Adam Lanza's mother could legally buy the gun. Crucifying a guy over one missed block on a 4473 form is a little overkill. After all, Eric Holder can send illegal guns to Mexico, sign a warrant then lie to Congress about having any knowledge of the issue with the AP, and faces no legal consequences! Are we that screwed up as a country?!! I guess it's ok if only Mexican kids get killed with Obama and Holder's agendas. Good riddance in 2016 unless we get lucky and impeach the Emperor in Chief!!

There is no reason to screw up the BATFE form unless you do not give a damn.

I have filled out plenty and still take my time to make sure my answers are correct.

Every gun dealer has then double checked it before the background check.

It is not rocket science.

Just a detail, but a detail enough to screw with them. Newtown has used the same technique to get rid of people who want to run for town offices. This keeps the entire political system there nice and inbred to protect their crooked interests. This way nobody complains about the felonies of selling back taxes in other than the owners name on private homes, changing street addresses to hide massive illegal dumping, fixing water and soil tests to get the town out of clean-up of toxic sites, rigging fire and insurance investigations for inbred politicians and the buddy contracts. I wonder who has learned more through these felonies, Blumenthal, McKinney, Murphy or the entire Newtown political system? Practice ground for the crap Hartford throws at us?
