In Newton by the circle. No cars stop to let people on foot cross the street. It was an old horse and buggy road. Was not designed to handle the current traffic of todays standard! It should be widened and the traffic lights timmed better.Also the timmer for pedestrians to cross is too short.Can not cross in the time allowed. Unless you run!
