Who's idea was this idiotic project?
Surely no one from around these parts would
have seen this as a viable investment?
Oh wait, the local bank did.

Well, at least an empty (almost) building
looks better than an empty (except for a
rusting truck or two) parking lot.

Sometimes you just have to shake your head.
