Here's an update. Today 3 more of the young men will sign plea agreements with DA's office. They are pleading guilty to armed robbery and will recieve suspended sentences. Ralph Mack already has done this, today Grady Wilson, Joshua Duncan and Zir-Alyn Phelps will be signing the same agreement. In exchange for these agreements the 4 young men have agreed to testify against Brandon Duncan who is the one who actually shot my son, not once but twice with the second bullet causing him to bleed to death. It's been almost 2 years and this is as far as the court system has gotten with this case. Today the 3 will be in court and will be released to go home. I have no idea when Brandon Duncan will be tried. But I am ready for this to be done. 2 years is way too long for this. It's horrible to be in limbo like this waiting on our justice system to actually carry out justice. My beliefs about the justice system and the rights of the victims and the innocent have been changed forever.

Hi ya Sonya, I agree. It should have never taken this long to put these thugs away. I just wish all of them would be sentenced to life.
Take care and at least this will finally come to a end.
