We need to keep Democrat Judge Robert A. Mullinax, Jr. because he is a fair-minded judge. Judges ought to not only know the law but be able to apply the law in a fair and progressive way that is most beneficial to the largest segment of our society. Join me in supporting Democrat Judge Robert A. Mullinax, Jr. and voting a straight Democrat Party ticket.

Governor Bev Perdue (one of my favs) made a good choice when she appointed Mullinax to this position. We need to support her good decision, plus we need more Dems on the bench.

Judge Mullinax needs more experience because I have seen him believe too many deceitful stories. He needs to be able to know the truth when he hears it.As of now I would not vote to reelect him to work for my county.THANKS SO MUCH.

No other Judge holds court in as fair and controlled setting. Politics never comes into play. Judge Mullinax is heads above the others in regard to knowledge of the law, ability to be fair and impartial, and simply doing what is right. Didn't even know what his politics was and it sure doesn't show in his courtroom. We need to keep judges like him who are tough on criminals but still have good common sense.

I was in court and heard a man say this in trial, " I dont call the law. I take the law into my own hands". these two men assaulted a neighbor beat him up admitted it in trial, and this judge givem not guilty verdict. This judge people plea gulity senteced and fined them then after they left the court room filed a civil charge on them for more money. very unfair, never in my live have I seen this kind of extortion. it was happing before me in real life. got sick had to puck, I didn't know that kind of evil was real. in North Carolina. never thought I'd see real evil until now.

Bull!! If you're a single father, going through a divorce, them Mullinax is not fair minded. He allowed my ex and her lawyer to have everything they asked for, with no proof of need. She stated she wanted to go back to school, but has yet to do so. Said her car was on it's last leg, but when I asked her how her car was, she had no idea what I was talking about. She informed the court that her mom charged her $600 to stay in her grandpa's house, yet the judge didn't ask for proof. These kind of judges don't deserve to preside over a coon hunt, much less a courtroom. Single fathers, look up title IV D, and you will see why Mullinax and like minded judges make these decisions. It's because they benefit from keeping fathers poor. I do good to survive on $700 a month, yet my ex brings home close to $2500. What does the good judge suppose we do when we fathers have our kids? Lord knows we can't afford to take them out. Robert A. Mullinax, Jr. should be ashamed of himself for treating good and loving dads like he does.
I wouldn't vote Robert A. Mullinax, Jr. for dog catcher, yet that's probably all he deserves to be.
