Sorry to have missed that. Can you show evidence that the one year existence was not to protect the county from some fly-by-night operations ruining the county grounds?
And if this in truly a secular nation, then please get rid of all the money in your wallet and bank accounts cause it says In God We Trust on it!
I personally could care less if the gays or straights or zombies or whoever want to protest. That preacher deserves to know what an idiot he is for saying what he said. But I wouldnt expect the county to change a regulation that had been there for years just so i could go protest all afternoon which would do nothing to change the preachers mind...
The hate preacher won't even see the Christian protestors
.
The Christian protest is 12 miles away from the concentration camp church

So whats your point? That they shouldn't protest there?

It should be on the church grounds. They don't pay tax, I pay their tax so it is also my property.

Oh so they have to be an established group and have insurance to pay for any damage/injuries that may occur... Yeah thats really unconstitutional! And I cant believe that the ACLU would disagree with anything! Thats absurd!

Either way it's about time for the leaches to start paying tax. If they want to preach politics and law then they have to pay... or at least the IRS seems to think so. Yes I sent an email to IRS as well several days back. Ha Ha suck it preacher.

Well I'm sure the IRS will spring into action because of your email... Dont be surprised if you get audited next year for your troubles!

What makes you so sure I support Obama... I didn't vote for him last time. See that is where the far right makes their mistakes... assuming. I am middle class, I have a decent job, I support gay rights BUT I am also married with four kids, traditionally lean to the right, I am an avid sportsman/outdoors man, I own multitudes of firearms, serve in law enforcement and am a decorated veteran. It's the ones like you that are driving people like me away and into the middle ground... why? Because you do not represent anything I stand for yet you claim to be the voice of my socioeconomic standing. You are not and further more I will do all I can to fight you in politics, on the street or anywhere else I feel you are trying to trample other peoples rights I have fought so hard to protect.

I didnt say a thing about you supporting Obummer. It was just an observation. And I dont claim to be anyones voice except my own. I have served to protect the same rights you have and I frankly dont care whether people choose to be gay, straight, fat, lazy, stupid, smart, or whatever. Thats their choice. But I dont appreciate people trying to use their position to bully others into thinking the way they do, whether they are a protester or a dumbass "preacher". I put that in quotes because a true man of God would not preach hatred of others to his congregation.

i say put up a fence around the bigots inside the church and burn it to the ground... that's what my bible says to do to false prophets
I'm sure not everyone in that church is a bigot! I havent been to it so I cant say for sure, but painting the entire congregation with the same brush is the same as saying all homosexuals are bad, or all Muslims are bad.

You're not making a point, you moron.

The post clearly said put the _bigots_ in a pen and electrify the fence.

If there are people in that church who are not bigots then they can join the demonstration against bigotry and then find a new house of worship.

You didnt specify to weed out the bigots, you moron. If thats the case, then there are a lot of churches you should visit and weed out some bigots from them too. We're gonna need a lot more fence...

Everyone who sat in a pew that day and shouted 'AMEN" is a bigot by definition. And anyone that tossed a few buck in the collection plate that day, and then came back the next Sunday, is a bigot as well.

Those that were not bigots either stood up and left during that sermon, or, if they were too afraid, just didn't come back the next week.

I suspect there were not too many of those. Most people join congregations that espouse their own views.
