Heard that city of Newton is looking at installing some sort of digital sign on the square down town. It's going to be interactive and serve as a business directory and local events thing or something. The costs I've heard range anywhere from $15k to $30k. Is this something the city really needs? Is anyone really walking around down town to use it? What do you think?
