My child went to this daycare for about 6 monsths when she was three and that was last year. Everytime I dropped her off in the morning, there was all ages of kids in her classroom-from babies to kids in school. And there were different teachers every morning so my daughter cried a lot. The "teachers" were talking to each other and just let the kids watch tv and were not playing with them at all. One morning I dropped my daughter off then went out the door and came back in then looked through the window-and there she was crying on the floor with two teachers across the room talking! I was pretty mad. I was told that this was a "preschool" but my child never brought home anything but a few papers where she had to "write" her name or letter and maybe some coloring pages. I asked a teacher one day if the kids ever painted or watercolored or did art (because I was told they did) but she didn't know. When I picked my daughter up in the afternoon, oh my goodness it was chaos! Again, there was a different teacher all the time. She was in a different room on many days and boy those kids were yelling and running and throwing fits! Teachers were just letting them and maybe trying to stop them by yelling but it was awful. The people in the front office were pretty much useless and always had an answer but those classroom were a mess. They didn't have many toys. You would think they would but they just don't-the toys are just old, broken. The "teachers" were just untrained babysitters who were talking on their phones or to eachother. I was really unimpressed with the director, too. At my first visit she really was nice and she really tried to get me to take my child there and told me how good her staff was and all that. Well, she pretty much was never there in the morning for me to talk to OR the afternoon! When she was, she did not want to hear anything negative and nothing ever changed even when I did say something. It seemed like the communication between the front office people was bad because nothing was ever passed on between them and when I asked for a copy of some of my child's paperwork it took me asking 4 times and two people to get it! Really, as a parent, it did not take me long to realize that this is a really poor daycare and they are not running a professional center. The managment is not responsive and does not follow through on things, they hire anyone with a pulse and their is no "preschool program." It is just expensive babysitting!
