It might taught this "LITTLE IDIOT" a good lesson.
Kids on bikes think they own the road, and do not respect other traffic around them.
At least he may remember to tell his children some day, the lessons riding byclcles around other traffic.
Sounds to me like his mother has taught him nothing about safety, and I bet she is a Divorced woman, and I bet she also smokes cirarettes.
