stupid people! why reward these dumb sh!t heads like giving candy to shut a baby up. the law is to protect, stop texting or die in a car accident and make others feel remorse for you.

give journalists candy if they promise not to write stories while driving. Maybe then they wouldn't type redundant words.

For students the pledge not to use their cellphone. LOL

How naive. I remember myself and a lot of other high school students taking lots of pledge. Be it no sex, no drugs, no alcohol, no < insert vice here > and I know for a fact very very very few of them were ever kept.

At that age, a pledge means nothing.
