I am smart enough to know that seat belts save lives. It's sad that the cops have to baby sit the stupid who aren't smart enough to think for themselves and put a seat belt on. How many people just here in Newport have died because they were thrown out of a car that flipped. If they had a seat belt on they likely would not have died.
So either obey the law and wear a seat belt or get a ticket. Just quit crying about it.
In other words you believe in personal liberty until people make choices you disagee with? I bet we could save even more lives if we wore crash helmets too wouldn't you agree?

You already said you didn't. You have way too much time on your hands and you are a liar. If you don't speed then why do you care for a cop running radar? Why do you care if somebody else gets a speeding ticket? Might be your sorry self that they keep from running over you. The ONLY reason you would care so much about the enforcing of seat belts is if you don't wear one. And the only reason you cared about the pot choppers flying over your house is you were afraid they would find your pot crop.
While I will agree that osama's goal is to rule the US with an iron fist and turn this country into communism there are laws in place for a reason. They sit there at the school during drop off and pick up time to keep cars slow so parents picking up kids can turn in and pull out without getting flattened.
And while other things are extremely foolish such as ban on selling extra large sodas the reason for this is extreme obesity. And while people like myself are not fat I am subjected to the same rules. But does it really matter? You can buy a 2 liter guzzler cup and fill it once and slurp it with your burger and super sized fries or you can buy a small for 1/3 of the price and refill it 11 times.
Yes, I think that in some things the government is trying to have too much control but at the same time they have to do something to protect the stupid from themselves. When people stopped thinking for themselves the government has to step in. Of course people quit thinking for themselves when the government decided to give the majority of the country a check (welfare/disability/crazy check) an ebt card and what else do they get now??? free cell phone, paid child care, and the list goes on and on. People don't get it. When the government totally supports your sorry arses then they are also going to tell you how to live your life and eventually control every aspect of your life.
Back to the origional subject. It's simple. Don't speed. Use common sense and wear a seat belt when in a 2 ton piece of moving steel. Don't grow an illegal substance on your property. Don't steal at Walmart. Obey the laws of the land and the po-po won't bother you.
Btw, when you break the laws of the land - You VOLUNTARILY give up your civil rights!
I have seen a lot of fat kids in Farrtsville, I believe that they should ban sweets and sodas all together in order to protect dumb fat people from themselves. Will you agree? If so why, if not how is that different than a seat belt law? Mr smarty answer me that.

There are so many laws now how do you know if your breaking one or not? It is people like you that believe we need more laws and law ENFORCEMNT that have made this country the way it is. If law ENFORCEMENT would focus on violent crime, home invasions, and general thieves and let people live their lives as they see fit as long as they aren't endangering others, they would probably get more respect and co-operation from the citizens. I don't know what helicopter you keep rambling about you must know something I don't. Have you heard about the drones law ENFORCEMENT is now using drones for surveillance on our own people I guess your ok with that too?

So park your car and your issues are over. Challenge the seat belt law in court. I follow the law and think belts prevent deaths. Why not focus on the upcoming 45 cent tax raise from the CLB? There's a battle needs fighting.

You want to call someone else dumb and you are too stupid to come up with your own posting name. And not everyone who eats sweets or drinks sodas are fat. You are ignorant and just looking to fight. Eating sweets and wearing a seat belt are not the same thing. I wish your head would go thru a windshield or you would be thrown out a rolled down window and the car land on your face.
Then you might get the safety of a seat belt.
