Please consider the situation that Cindy was in and what she is going through! This is NOT her fault!!!! Imagine seeing your father shot by your husband, then him shooting himself. The family needs to grow up and quit treating her like a dog. It was THEIR son that did the shooting NO ONE ELSE!!!! They should be ashamed of how she was treated during the funeral!! SHAME on yourself!!!PRAY FOR CINDY!!

SHAME ON YOU FAMILY MEMBER OF CINDY!

What about praying for the mother and family of the young man who died. From what I hear his wife may not be telling the truth in what happened.

NEVER said they didn't need praying for too, BUT, her dad is the one paralyzed from the gun shot and then he shot himself!? There was ONLY ONE gun so, I guess that is the only thing that could have happened!! Cindy still doesn't deserve to be treated the way she is. She WAS and IS still his wife! So what did you hear happened?? Was anyone else there besides Frank, her and her dad??

The Dad gave the son the gun.
He knew his son had problems.
He was abusive! The dads problems are just beginning. Same for the Cocke County Sherrifs dept.

People need to see things from both sides. She was told not to mess with him and all about his past but chose her own future getting involved with someone with the life he has led, hers is no better and always making bad choices. I am related to Paul and it saddens me that he was brought into the middle of everything, he may never walk again.
Also, I can't imagine how I would feel losing my son. I would probably be out of my mind and blaming someone else.
Hopefully it will all be forgiven for it is a much higher power that we all have to report to in the end. Please pray for both sides, it is a terrible tragic thing!

So the family is blaming her for the death of her husband?

Doesn't seem right. According to the news this all started with her confronting her husband about a sexual msg on his cell sent to a teenager. She had a right to ask him about it. Then he is caught and we see the end result. I don't see how it could be her fault. She didn't make him do it.

Anytime something like this happens people are going to say bad things. I know Frank had been accused by his wife of something really bad thus how this all started. And no I am not blaming her.
I know his mother and I know she is really hurting.
No matter what happened or what he done his family, his mother, his children, whomever, they are still going to love him.

He's dead and the father in law walked into the middle of a fight. And the wife is going to more than likely side with her father. It's a sad situation and no one may ever know exactly what happened or the truth.

I usually avoid sites such as these, but I want to voice my opinion in this tragedy. We can only speculate what happened that day with the information given the public by the authorities. I don't know Cindy, but I knew Frank from way back. He had a good heart. He made some poor choices. He left behind two children and his parents who will always wonder what truly happened and none of them deserve for their heartbreak to be discussed, debated, or reviewed by people on a tacky web site such as this. Let the family grieve privately. They have a long road to healing. Notice that I am speaking in defense of Frank's family, but I haven't degraded Cindy. Leave them alone. It was a tragedy for all involved, but the pain of losing a child and father by any means should not be compounded by publicly degrading a man who can not explain to his family what led to this tragedy or let them know they are not at fault. Let them grieve privately and please remove this topic from the forum. Matthew 6:14-15
"For if you forgive men when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive men their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins."

Please....no more comments on this topic. There are children involved. Anyone with a heart would decline to comment further. Please help get this topic removed from here before more hurt is heaped upon the children. Just no more comments, please!

ok just sayin, he left his kids. he beat her. i've seen the bruises and knots he left on her. but she loved him unconditionally. his parents blame her and its not right. this has been coming for a long time. and any father would confront a man who was beating their daughter. any man who beats a woman is NOT a good person. frank was crazy. he was aiming for her, and my uncle took the bullet for her. frank's family has been nothing but mean to her when they should all be healing together. there are many things to this none of you know and i cannot discuss, so all of you just need to be quiet because you're all speaking based on rumors.
