Voting "No" on Question 4 - RI needs to have some type of development there, not just open space.

With no incoming revenue, any "open space" concept will just turn into a drain on public funds.

Read the article - an initial $10 million bond, and then an additional $10.8 million in interest.

$20 million for open space? Really?
