Who was the contractor on the James Street project? What are his ties to Labella/Roefaro? Was there an RFP? Let's see the change orders. Who signed the change orders? Was work charged to this project actually done on another site? Like let's say a site belonging to one of the "friends and family".

you can't deny the truth. People have concerns and we talk about it around the water cooler at work and we talk about it at the dinner table and now we talk about it here. One thing I must admit that some at the UPD did take on a porky attitude when pyleman was in charge and did try to suck up to him.Now what boys and girls ,you now have a realistic man in charge and have a nice attitude change.Good for Labella.
