The needs and wants of Jenny Hatch must be paramount in these proceedings. NASGA enthusiastically supports the judge's decision to allow Jenny's friends to interevene in this case on her behalf.
Unlawful and abusive guardianships are a threat to the health and wealth of our vulnerable elderly and disabled - and to our nation's economy.

Guardianships are set up to protect those who are legally incompetent. Obviously such people can be taken advantage of by those with bad intentions. If g-ships are abusive, the courts are equipped to correct that. Is Jenny legally incompetent? I don't know. That is for the court to determine, not the court of public opinion.

Jenny is not legally competent and the guardianship's have been far and competent in Jenny's case. It is only since Jim and Kelly have continued to put their ideas and wishes ahead of jenny's family decisions that Jenny had to be moved and her computer and phone privileges had to be taken away for now. They have done get harm to jenny, though they do not see it that way! Justice for Jenny would really be to get these so called "friends" out of Jenny's life. They are doing so much harm with their manipulation.
