Gloucester County Sheriff's Deputies have arrested 32-year-old Angela Louise Heart for allegedly assaulting a 27-year-old man at his home on Joseph Lewis Road on Halloween.

Whatever happened to soaping car windows and toilet papering trees? Maybe too much violence on tv and movies. Her pic makes her look like she's doped up or something.
