Wonderful! How would you like to be a parishoner and tithe giver to the Crystal Cathederal, under tremendous debt, only to find relatives of the Schullers given big money to buy expensive properties like the infamous 15th Street RAMSEY HELL HOLE, that they immediately tried to unload, but to this day, NO SURPRISE, can find a buyer for. Who wants to live in that HAUNTED HOUSE?

I, of course, LOVE the irony of these people using the tax exempt "housing" money, paid by parishoners, to add a non Christian wet bar and "real" wine cellar, in a vain attempt to unload the house, which never worked.

The Daily Camera has an article about the Hellhole being for sale again. At the Zillow.com link, there are WONDERFUL photos of how the home looks today. The Milners did a GREAT job completely changing the look of the house, with REAL TASTE, unlike Patsy Ramsey's ghastly southern frou-frou.

Having been a real estate agent for many years, the Land and Location in most cases is what gives a home a greater value. Even under the best of circumstances, the Ramseys would have had trouble selling their house at a decent price because of the "chopped up" way they designed that 2nd floor.

BTW, I don't know of any MAJOR city in US where you can buy a home with an indoor pool for a million. Those are usually reserved for the big ticket prices.
