Christorpher Russell convinced me from the first time I talked to him that I had to hire him inorder to get a settlement. He referred me to his doctor. Christopher and the doctor both put a lean on my settlement. They both convinced me that I had to go to all this therapy in order to receive a settlement. It turns out that the doctor he sent me to charges double and he also charges for services that he didn't provide. By the time the doctor got done with me, he took more than 1/3 of my settlement. Christopher Russel took 1/3. He also told me I had to go the the emergency room and they are taking the rest of the money. Christopher Russell talks in circles. By the time he's done talking you are so confused you don't even know what is said. He will say your suppose to do one thing one moment, the next moment he will say he told you not to do that. He will have you believe that you did something wrong so he can take every last dime you have. And believe me, he and his doctor are in cohoots, conspiring to take it all. He's an awful lawyer. The only side he's on is his own. Don't trust him and don't let what happened to me happen to you.

Please don't believe the above posts. They were posted by one of my competitors, which is why they are anonymous. Anyone can say anything about anyone on the internet without it being truthful. Please check my record with the State Bar and all local Bar Associations for the truth about me and my law firm. I hate to dignify this untruthful, defamatory post by responding but I would be foolish just to let this sit out in cyber-space without a response as my reputation is as good as any attorney would want his/her reputation to be. I would only hope that all of those reading this will never have to deal with outrageous and defamatory "anonymous" internet postings about their personal or professional lives as is reflected in these postings.

I was also very confused when my case first opened but Christopher Russel and his office staff were helpful in answering all my questions. I am very pleased with my settlement.

I was also very stressed out in the beginning but in my personal experience, I learned that getting what you want takes time.

Chris Russell helped me settle a claim for more than I expected. It was a long process but in the end I was very happy with the way he worked on my behalf. I would have never gotten the settlement I did without Chris Russell

I have nothing but good things to say about Mr. Russell and his firm Russell & Lazarus. The first poster above does not say what the outcome of the case was but says he/she was confused (would have been nice to at least post his/her gender if it was a real person, which makes me believe, like Mr. Russell, it was not a real former client of his). I agree it is a confusing process because the insurance companies make it confusing. I am not sure why he or she would blame that on Mr. Russell. And thank God Mr. Russell had a doctor that would treat me because my health insurance was taking forever to authorize the specialist I needed. I would still be waiting today to see a doctor if Mr. Russell had not helped me. The doctor was a good doctor who got me better. If I read the above person's post correctly he/she got 1/3 of the settlement with the other 2/3s going to the Dr. and Mr. Russell. That was similar to the 40% I received with the biggest chunk having to go back to my health insurance carrier for my payment of my hospital bill. I have paid premiums for many years yet per my policy I had to give them some of my money back for being hurt. There should be a law against that. I don't like insurance companies at all anymore but Mr. Russell guided me through the difficult process. After I understood what was going on (maybe the above poster was impatient--if so he or she should have never made the claim since the insurance companies drag out every claim as long as possible until you give up) I realized afterward that every move Mr. Russell made (even though I did not always understand what he was doing at the time) was the right move. At the end I could not have been more happy with the outcome as I felt I finally got some measure of justice despite all of the insurance company game playing. I am just glad I hired Mr. Russell who was better at the game than was Allstate Insurance company (which no one should ever have as an insurance company). Not only would I use Mr. Russell again in the future but I also would not hesitiate to refer someone I know to him. In fact, he is handling my girlfriend's claim as I write this message.
