David Bebout is not who he says he is. He holds himself out a banker. He cannot prove he ever was one. He goes around issuing along with this Canadian Kingsley Jackson, billions of dollars of Letters of Intents on deals they never can fund and never do any due diligence on so that they can bill the unsuspecting client for hundreds of thousands of dollars in expenses. They give you impossible terms and phony reasons why they want a $100,000,000 plus Letter of Credit. They call this a forgivable loan. David Bebout tells you how successful he is yet he cannot show you a single transaction that he or Kingsley Jackson have funded. He has no assets in his name and he lives in a $100,000 home. If he is successful then he shows none of the trappings of a successful banker.

I now any of my Lenders demand nor accept large Retainers which is not the case with George Lovato, Jr of BH Cap Ltd in Albuqerque, NM. I have three clients that determined they would select Lovato / BH Cap Ltd to syndicate a Collateral Bank Instrument. He agreed and he accepted their large Retainers of from $305,000.00 down to two more payments of $55,000.00 each that total over $410,000.00 all inside a few months of each other. NOT One Client has received anything and over a year has gone by on one of them. Contact the FBI or the NM Atty Gen Office and determine for yourself if you want to do biz with Lovato / BH Cap Ltd.

The Well Informed,

Those that are informed or wish to be informed should contact the New Mexico State - Atty. General's Office. Or, further contact the local New Mex office of the FBI with regard to large RETAINERS that BH Cap Ltd obtains vs. the "End Product" given to Clients of that firm. I have THREE (3) Clients that with large sums of money have "retained" BH Cap Ltd for a Syndication of his Investors for a SBLC or BG of $150 Million ... and have not ONE thing to show for more then a years of work? Become and stay informed.

Anyone with a valid Project for a non profit and involved in healthcare, housing or eduction may contact me. I can be reached at generalbebo@cox.net or through www.generalfundingandleasing.com . My group nor my lender charges any Front Fees or Retainers. Beware of those that do charge large front fees and large retainers.

Happy New Year and to those that have inquired the NM Civil Court in Dec has ruled that no judgement will be issued against me. The court also ruled that the case will not be dismissed ... so it does appear for now the case may go to trial and/or possibly some sort of out of court settlement may be negotiated in the future between the two parties. Thanks so much for asking and as noted in the past my Group charges NO Advance Retainers ... and if you have a viable Non Profit Project for Housing, Healthcare or Education you may certainly make inquirey on my website or contact me via email at generalbebo@cox.net for more information ref the "humanitarian loan program" as offered.

Ok Mickey Mouse forum: "there are more people trying to scam this group, that this group tries to scam people"

It's true this program can't broken down further information about their past deals, but it's true too that they do not ask for any money up front neither; the problems starts when the guarantors want to lease financial instruments to enter the program and the providers of these instruments charge them an advance fee and arrange and deliver false or worthless instruments. So this group has nothing to do with those lease instruments, this group only work with real guarantors that can only deal with their own capital without charging any fees.

This group does not have clown escrow set ups.
This group does not charge any money upfront.
This group does not lease instruments.
This group does not ask for anything that can put at financial risk to the guarantor.

If you want to close a deal, find a real guarantor.

Imagine if this group would it shared this sensitive information about their real guarantors and deals with people like in this Mickey Mouse forum?

Do not lease instruments, 99.9% are fake.

So are you saying you support this group that says they can come up with Funding? If one has a valid bank instrument they(Kingsley and BeBout) can do what they say they can do?

Thank you very much for your input and recent comments that you also retaind BH Cap for $30,000 but received nothing. Don't know the laws of Colorado but for a Class Action we may have such an opportunity in N.M. Lawyers are on that subject as we speak. I will be back in touch with you ref your complaint of BH with your $30,000 so-called Retainer. Most likely there are many many more victims out there that also lost a very large retainer as well?

Just returned from Haiti and I can state clearly that issues are very serious there. Immediate action is called for. Two years and two months will find many thousands living in tents without fresh water or food ... simply heart breaking and inhumane. This new Client is very active and I am sure shall locate their project Sponsor that has the financial capability to cause the bank instrument to be issued when called for. Many thanks once again to those that are keeping in touch these past two years. NO front fees or front Retainers ever ... and paid only following a Closing of the financial transaction.

The two (2) new Clients that are working in Haiti have been moving forward at a steady pace and speaking with their proposed Project Sponsors. From the Lender and its bank a second option is also available for a proposed Project Sponsor, and they may if they wish transfer their funds to a Euro Tier One Bank. The new account is a Holding Account. The Earned Fee for the Sponsor could be larger based on a number of factors ... and the project funds are Euros not dollars. Project. Contact me at generalbebo@cox.net or at att.net !!NEVER a Retainer or Advance Payment demanded.

Many of you have asked but NO "rented or leased bank instruments" are permitted. In the USA that is not legal and the Humanitarian Loan will close in the USA as a loan under US Law. The Owner of the Funds used for the bank instrument whatever the instrument may be must come forward. The two bankers shall agree as to which bank instrument is acceptable to each of the two bankers ... one sending and one receiving.

All scam, no reputable bank will step into this deal without a proper asessment!! Why are there no audited reports available about this so-called humanitarian foundation!! All scam and nothing else!!
