Dynotec. This is not the first time I have seen you in an online disagreement with a customer either current or previous. It is a terrible business practice to point your finger at the direction of the customer. No matter how wrong they might be.
You state what your shop offers, it's services and warranty. There is nothing wrong with standing up for your company, but a public display of humility would be a better pitch then what was typed above. Here I will even help you with an example.

" Dynotec offers a warranty on all parts and labor for xx days. I am sorry that we were unable to successfully complete the job to your satisfaction. Please call me directly to discuss, so we can make this situation right. We think very highly of our customers and expect every customer to leave happy.**Note that we cannot offer a warranty on customer purchased/installed products**

See now you get the point across, don't call someones name out on a public place. and you don't look like a complete a__hole owner who takes everything personal.

Try to work on that customer service...and I bet your business will expand double-fold.

Nancy thanks for the notifications, as of 2003 when we opened in newnan I have had only 3 complants or disputes that were judged in are favor or we repaird the car if it pertained to a part we installed, this is now 2012,I call that pretty good .are customers come first and are customers are given warranty's with all work performed, we stand behined every thing we do,if i had any thing to do with this site, bbb or any other site i would have you shutdown with out legal documents actually stating that there was a broblem with a company, just like i can't tell your new boss how crappy of an employee you were at your last job! Its slandering and its rong!

Dude so true! I think you just found the greatest loop-hole in the system!
Did you call Ken Nugent yet? I mean, can you imagine how big of a class action suit we have on our hands here.
Any complaint by a customer in an open forum is now considered slander. The whole review system shot to hell without legal documents!

I can not believe no one else has capitalized on this.

Please post back your results from shutting this site down and the BBB. We can't wait to hear your results.

Should I swing by the shop so we can put together our game plan to sue the world!

Surely you all have such great shops and do such great work that you have something better to do than bash each other. I've taken my vehicles to Dynotech, Maw and Paw Kettle, etc and each of them have done a fine job. Personally it looks childish to see grown men going back and forth about who fixes cars better. This post looks like someone is trying to bait another shop into getting heated, and of course they will because there's great pride in the reputation of a business. C'mon guys, let it go. Let your work speak for itself.

I’m not affiliated with any car repair shop. I was responding to the person who originally posted asking for advice. My advice is to NOT go to Maw & Paw Kettyle based solely on my experience alone. I’m not a stupid person, but when a shop says they replaced a part and billed me for that part and the original part is still on the car. Aftermarket parts are not usually dirty nor do they carry the name of the car manufacturer. Simple signs the part was not replaced as they said. Oh yea…the same problem existed after I picked my car up. But, if the part had been replaced as it finally was the problem would have been fixed the first time. I realize they have a business and that’s how they provide for their family but don’t lie and cheat.

I take my vehicles to manning and son on temple avenue , and don's automotive on Franklin highway, and have never had a problem with either, and both are usually quick with repairs, and follow any special instructions.
