I see where the Builder RW Hertel & Sons, Inc. developer on Diablo Grande has defaulted on his project and not paid the loans. Is he going belly up ? one of the real estate agents said the builder is under Investigation for fraud and Loan con's and the entire project is now closed. Point Center Financial who loaned Hertel over 4 Million now wants his money back and Hertel can NOT pay so what is happening.

This builder is doing this all over the State can't someone stop his illegal scams on us older people who had invested and now are at a loss while Hertel leaves town.

Yes, Hertel et al is going under, they are under a Major criminal fraud investigation, housing discrimination investigation, unfair business practice legal action, failure to pay subs, employee's and vendors.

The Diablo Grande Legends in Patterson, CA is in default and closing and both Ron Hertel and lover Robert JS Fowler are in serious trouble with the law and those who got ripped off by them from buyers of his defective homes to investors who got scamed.

Thanks for the heads up, I spoke to my Broker she is not going to make any offer's on any Hertel homes, I am pulling out of the project as are by friends as well. I did speak to The State Board for builders and the investigator advised anyone who had been scammed by Hertel or has a defective Hertel home to file a formal complaint with the State. So thank you of the posting. I do not want to be defrauded by this con man Ron Hertel

I hope you got out before he cheated all the investors, since he is going to be standing trial for Fraud and theft what will happen to all those who got cheated by Hertel and fowler ?

These are the same people who ripped us off at Diablo as well and i hear they have defaulted on Countrywide, Wells Fargo, and Bank of Scotland to there are massive liens against them check the clerk recorders office in any county they have business

Ouch here goes another builder into the toilets, you should have checked him out. RW Hertel & Sons has a very long history of building very low end homes that are never built to the required codes.

If you check his history you will see his bad reputation and massive legal problems against him.

Hertel is a name well known as a Con Man builder. he is known as MR Defective in the building industry.

This was all in the grand con game of Ron Hertel and Robert Fowler most of your monies went to Ron's new yacht in Florida it cost over $ 14,975,000.00 dollars. There Lawyer out in San Luis Obispo Adam M. Daner was involved in this scam as well as the Atascadero Ventures, LLC and VERDOT Group, LLC scam games of defrauding investors and selling defective homes to people. Yet now that one of there scams is under the watch full eye of the FEDS, i suspect they will go to Prison and I hope it is our local one so i can make sure they have a Nice time in CCI.

Do any of you have information on Hertel involved in Money Laundering via his many alleged businesses, and his recent monies in Florida with Bill Zech and Peter on the Yacht with RWHP, etc.. if so please post or send information to the Southern Florida Narctics Task Force or your local DEA.

You need to send the information to those listed on the Central Coast Housing Bubble Death Watch form for alan little. Someone has listed all the names and addresses to send information to. Many of us have banned together and sent what we as a group have to the listed Federal Agencies listed.

Not news to us Hertel has been scamming people for years his friend Alfred Nevis is helping the scam go on.. IRS is coming

They are going to file bankruptcy ! they are now on the fraud watch list.
