4 Escape From Kay County Jail

Kay County authorities are looking for four men who escaped from the county jail in Newkirk.

Ponca is the meth capital of Oklahoma and the cops there don't do anything about it. Since Conoco has moved most of the people out the only thing left are the drug dealers.

You just made a totally idiotic post. No doubt Kay county in general has a bad drug problem but; the majority of us left here are good hard working citizens. Don't let the stereotype jade you that All people in Ponca, Blackwell, etc. are just druggies. And the Drug Task Force is making busts almost every day. The problem is it is relatively cheap to move here and live. Thus, a lot of scum relocate to commit crime in this area that is mostly recession proof because the local economic base.
