Hey Mink -- you are simply wrong. Taxes in Chelmsford are in the lower half of th state. So the comment about New Hampshire taxes is flat out wrong.

The Colonel - this is not the most unfriendly city. It is one of the most business friendly towns ion the state. According to several surveys ( national) and state wide surveys, Chelmsford is in the top 10%. Perhaps you are doing something wrong. And yet you still stay in Chelsmford. Who has it backwards? You perhaps!!!

To Once Chelmsford, what would you recommend as a positive not snippy slogan. Or are you not able to do better than the 3rd graders you allude to? Bring it here to the forum and show up to town meeting with something productive. I think not.
