Tell city, Indiana Nursing Home full of Mold and Abestos. They have been covering it up for yrs. Employees to scared to tell.
Some have quit because of the problems and the State and EPA ignoring the problem. What the hell is the problem with my fellow employees that wont stand up for the helpless residents that cant leave there

Lawsuit filed in Perry county health dept has been called and newspaper editor and they refused to investigate because of their ties to the facility and wont report negative information. Even the employees know that its there and are afraid to come forward. I have been a nurse for 20 yrs plus and afraid of what they will do if I come forward to close to retirement.
