Join a gym. It's cheap and you can get off your ass and work it off. Wtf?

I've had 2 kids and my stomach is flat. You have to do the right exercises. Get a trainer.

I can't believe people are being so rude to you. You simply asked a question. I can't believe we live in such a world where all people have to do is be disrespectful to others. I have heard great things about Dr. Conkwright. I would say save your money and do it right. You may find someone cheaper but there's always a reason they a cheaper. Good luck :-)

It's sad that we live in a time where we don't want to work hard and get our bodies in shape. We want to put to have the fat sucked, tucked, and cut away. Running on a treadmill won't get your stomach back. Doing the right exercises will. I got a trainer after my twins were born. My stomach looks better than it did before my kids. Stop being lazy and making excuses. Put that money in a college fund for your kids. You're a selfish, vain parent. Feel sorry for your family.

Ok, obviously you don't understand how human anatomy and science work do you?

No amount of exercise will EVER reduce or remove excess skin, fat yes; increase muscle tone, yes; remove skin, NO!

Only surgery will remove excess skin. That is why so many morbidly obese people have skin removal surgery after loosing large amounts of weight.

Skin will only stretch and retain elasticity so much, after it's hit it's point, it will not go back to normal.

As for the rest of your comments, not all of us that want a tummy tuck have dependents at home, and not all of us are under 40. Personally, I am almost 45, all my children are grown and educated; why not do something for myself?

As for me, I would have loved to have work done by Dr. Orr, but it's too late for that, I am also looking at Dr. Zeig.

Obviously I do. I. Had. Twins. I had no plastic surgery and no saggy skin. I took care of myself while pregnant. I didn't use it as an excuse to eat pizza and sit around. I stayed active and ate healthy. My body did fine without going under the knife. No offense if you are 45 you don't need to be running around in skimpy clothing. Your time has passed. Dress your age. You don't need a tummy tuck. I guess you would though if you were trying to pick up a 20 year old guy. Hahaha gross. Good luck grandma!

You're an f ing moron. Not everyone recovers from pregnancy even those who have taken great care of themselves before, during and after a pregnancy. I have a friend who is a 5 ft 10 inch model and needed a tummy tuck due to stretched out skin after having triplets. After childbirth her entire body was rail skinny with the exception of the saggy skin on her stomach. A tummy tuck done in Louisville took care of it. Ladies if there is something that is going to make you feel better about yourself then do it and ignore ignorant b-tches like this.

haha damn girl, you must be one of those bitches that blew up after pregnancy and tells everyone how hard it is to lose the baby weight. Admit it. You just need to put down the donuts. Lol I have plenty of friends who bounced back after pregnancy. We all worked out and took care of themselves. The only fatass post pregnancy bodies I see are the ones who sat around for 9 months and had everything handed to them. I did workouts appropriate for my time along in the pregnancy and it even made my pregnancy easier. I'm the moron for caring about myself and not expecting surgery to fix my laziness? Right.
