I guess because Cleveland, Cuyahoga Heights, and Newburgh Heights are going to work together on Harvard that means mayor Elkins wants to have the village be split up between the two communities right? Or maybe it mean he understands that Newburgh can not go alone on everything! Thank you Mayor for being willing to look outside the box and work with other towns to solve problems.
