isnt it a proven fact he is a drunk, with several dui;s and has no time to put into the safety director an mayor job and that he lies and can be found at the local pub more then anything else? also it is said some like eva and melonowski with to school with him and he did his share of cocaine too.

The real problem is, is that the residents don't go to the council meetings to voice their displeasure with how things are. It is true you usually can find him drunk at the legion or Ptaks internet lounge, but the village continues to allow this behavior. His drinking buddies (fire chief, service director, and two of the councilmen) assist him with running the village into the ground. It is time for the village to stand in one voice and say enough, and make the mayor, chiefs, and council accountable for their bullcrap. Elkins is no better and is more concerned with his own political aspirations than the village. I just wonder if there is anyone worthy enough to have the mayor's job. Too bad Paul Ruggles had to die, that was a decent man.

you know what the council is a joke and so is going there as whats that going to do? would you like to see what i have and why and what about cops and mayor and some others that is real facts and proof and that it has been handed over to many such as law enforacements and state reps to media? figure out how to reach me and i will give you facts about what you wrirte about and the real truth and prrof and the facts that the mayor knows all about it and the crooked city prosecutor too and by far the council but what they dont know is it is all under investigations against them all they think some can be ignored and they will go away or can not do anything about the crimes and evidence of the crimes and so fot=rth and so on will not come out well even when you are no longer a employee or in office it can still come back and bite your ass, and will

we have cops that have also said the mayor is corrupt and pd and yet they are too afraid to protect the resients from a drubk driver as the mayor with a fifth stuck in his lap to drive home with and pull the drunk over and off the road they dont protect and serve the tax payers or keep this village safe thats a fact want the pictures and proof find me you can have the copies of those like pugsley and moran and cops hell look at the cops that got fired here and then rehired wonder what they were fired for? being drunk having no driving license just like jp when hired and more, find me i will give to you.

Not all change is created equally and more often than not, change for change's sake is usually bad!!!
