Scam.... no free stuff given ... they want money now or its not avaliable

Tried to say I signed up at a mall somewhere and that I won a free vacation for 2. Talked to them a bit to get details, heavy Indian accents. Wanted me to visit their location in independence but its all a scam and they want money upfront (even though then assured me on the phone that they did not)
