I just wanted to say how sad it is to see all the abandoned houses popping up in the little village. It is probably a mix of the tenants and landlords - but it makes me angry when most of the residents are working hard to keep their property maintained (because we really like living there)- and the value keeps dropping! It's sad that our houses are worth less today than when we bought them!

have you called the village hall with complaint, service dept and or council or mayor himself, do u even have any of these phone numbers talk wont help, action come to council meeting this July at village hall and speak up racoons are not on the streets they have their own homes in the unkept property and foreclosures, fire chief richard pugsley has a mess of proerty look on E. 53 at the double four houses from corner not leaves but trees are growing out of the front gutters and so many trees uncut and a mess here, cant make a differnce until you complain and then in writing start your calls to council, village hall and service dept and mayor see how nothing will work that way also start putting your city tax in escrow and then when no one gets paid things may turn around! residents need to come togther and start a picket at village hall!!!!
