Do yourself a favor. If you are looking at a digital color copiers/printer don't even consider the Toshiba Studio 3500C. It is garbage and they will lock you into a 5 year lease.

Who did you buy it from? Sounds more like a service issue than a copier issue.

Since this original post, I have received nothing but the highest level of response and satisfaction from my local service company. I have to give a big High Five to Northcoast Business Technologies for their concern for the product as well as the concern for a satisfied customer. High praise goes to you guys for getting me back in operation. The Toshiba is an excellent machine once it is properly set up and maintained.

I have had the pleasure of actually working on these machines and we call them K9's,They are by far the worst machine on the market. The new models 3520 2820 are no different. There new 6530 have a manufactures fault and they wont recall them.

I sell Toshiba. Came from Konica Minolta. The 2330c, 2830c, 3530c, ect. are by far the best/most reliable machine I have sold. Schlumberger is a customer of mine and they have over 700,000 prints in less than a year on a 6530c. Only 2 service calls and those were for PMs. All 39 new businesses I sold last year there have only been 2 or 3 service calls and that is usually due to operator error with paper sizes.

Oh man; have had the displeasure on working of this brand for over a decade. What garbage, they come out with something, then your doing mod after mod after another. Stay away from this product.

total garbage machine. we've been stuck in a lease and the number of service calls we've had to make is laughable. thing hardly ever works, and it's not a user error issue. same parts break down time after time after time. toshiba knew it was not a functioning machine and leased it to us anyway.

Toshiba's line of business is only about 5% dedicated to copiers. You'd be better off going with a company well known for making digital solutions, like Canon or Ricoh. JM2C.

Had nothing but problems with two Toshiba copiers. The sales people lied and fabricated purchase documents. If you are in South Florida, DO NOT buy a Toshiba copier from these people!!!!

read the lease before you sign it and you wont be stuck with a p.o.s machine. their are also lemon laws to protect the consumer. do your homework first before you lease anything---its called "read the fine print". its easy to blame a company on the faults of "you didnt protect yourself or the company you made the purchance for"

I sell three copier products in the Cleveland area, and every one I know thats leased or purchased a Toshiba product does not like it because it's very service intensive and has issue's with the IT dept.

Gilly, is this still the case with the current models? My church is getting ready to enter a new lease and the company is hawking Toshiba. I tested the copier and everything worked great and the color quality looked great next to our old machine but we definitely can't afford to make a huge mistake with our choice.

Gilly, there are buying groups like ministry resource and USCommunities that offer Ricoh copiers at great discounts to non-profit organizations. If your interested contact your local Ricoh Dealer and mention these programs by name to receive special pricing. Hope I got this to you in time.

DO NOT purchase the e-Studio 347CS!!! Was a difficult set up to run this copier from the computer. I am to pay major extra setup fees. IT DOES NOT DO ENVELOPES WELL. Each envelope comes out wrinkled from going through the finisher. They are stuck shut unless you have the self adhesive envelopes. So far I am getting silch in help from Toshiba! I am going to send this useless machine back

I'm a Konica Minolta technician and started working at a company that sells Toshiba copiers and Konica Minolta. The Toshiba copies are so cheaply made, and very problematic. I don't recommend them at all.
