I don't recall saying it was OK, I just stated that they were doing because they thought it was fun. And there are LOTS of 20-yr-olds out there who are no more mature than a 6-yr-old. Mostly because their parents baby them, and people these days seem to think that's perfectly OK, too.
You need to save your indignation for when somebody actually makes a comment worth being indignant about.
exactly. I knew exactly what you meant. Regardless if the cats were running free or whatever-those overgrown teenagers were just doing it for "fun"- those cats definitely weren't disturbing them to that extent-that theyd want to kill them- Im sure they didn't have flowerbeds or houses that could be disturbed.

They are just sick SOBs.

After reading this then walking away, I still couldn't let it go. I too am a cat owner and do whatever necessary to keep my cat in the house. The thought of him getting hit by a car or hurt kills me. I understand people being upset about cats getting into gardens and stuff, but is that honestly a reason to kill them??? I agree that maybe their owner should have tried harder to keep them inside, but there are other things to look at here. Maybe them being outside was an accident. When we have people in our house, sometimes my cat gets out. Is that an excuse to kill him? I hope the idiots who did this rot!!!!

Chances are that since these guys were nothing more than overgrown teenagers, they were doing it for fun, and not for any other purpose. However, if the owner really cared about her kitties, she wouldn't have let them outside where immature people could harm them.So it's ok to kill something as long as it is for fun? You are as sick at they are!!
You know, my comment was not meant to be mean, but people have definitely interpreted it that way. Along with that, there have been very few comments made that we not nasty. It's Christmas, and you all can't even be nice for Christmas. Shame on you all!

Maryland State Police said Wednesday morning that a man cut his brotherís throat Tuesday night during an argument. Officers responded to a report of an injured person in the 10000 block of Downsville Pike Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. Someone had called police and reported that a man with a severe cut on his neck, bleeding profusely, was banging on their door, troopers said in a news release. The victim was taken to Washington County Hospital, where he remained Wednesday morning, a trooper said. Investigators charged the victimís brother, Salvador Alvarez Martinez, 19, with first-degree assault and other crimes. Troopers alleged that Martinez cut his brotherís throat during a confrontation in their home at 10127 Downsville Pike. So, was ICE called?
