Police track down 'dog-napped' pup

There's no proof the puppy was taken. AAANNNNDDDDD if he was trying to get rid of said dogs, why would he care if they were taken or not? I'm assuming there's parts missing to this story, so I'll chalk it up to PO reporting.

The Amish gentleman would not call the police and file a report unless the dog was stolen. He cared because he was selling it. Will he file charges? Not likely. He got the dog back. That is all he cares about.

Lots of hard core criminals running around out there, Burglars, robbers , molesters, drug dealers,illeagle aliens etc.
But wow , the police nabbed the puppy napper,sure will sleep better tonight.
