as usual things are screwed up. it is not legal to smoke pot. you might go out and drive too slow or be in a crash while smiling or waving. but alcohol is legal. if you drive drinking it you will only crash from going 40 miles over the speed limit or running into someone during road rage. alcohol should be illegal not marijuana.
