17-year-old faces charges in Chapin shooting

This story really makes you want to reevaluate how you're raising your children. Society has no pitty for igorance. These kids need to be taught that there's life beyond going to jail. Don't take situations into your own hands that's why we have a judiciary system. Let them do their jobs. Justice will will out. My prayers for the families. Hopefully, the truth will come out.
