What is the total cost of the new sewer system that we are all paying for? How much money have they collected so far?

they are repairing the sewer system not replacing it. its been a long time coming and the state requires it to be done. you should be thankful its getting fixed, not wondering about the money. you people make me sick.

Do very many people have wells around here? Seems with the earthquake zone and how the land/soil is that you would have to dig pretty deep. Anyone know about this? Just curious. Remember seeing an old artesian well once when I was a child.
It was kind of scarry.
