I am trying to sell a home as is. I had someone working on this home and after 30,000.00 in charges it is uncomplete and unfinished. I am 45 years old, but yet remember the name Cal Dietz from a TV 13 report from back in the 1970s. Dietz attacked the TV reporter in a parking lot. This says something about Dietz' character. I can't remember what it was that called for the reporter to approach Dietz. Meanwhile Dietz lives on. Sorry to hear about you being swindled. Good luck.
The Dietz news story which was replayed with others on new years eve of whatever year that was.
If you stop by the TV station, someone who has been a long time employee might recall the details of the story and/or be able to pull up the story.

Not suprised too hear this. The last name Dietz has been known around the Newaygo area for years for things like this. The "King of Newaygo" is getting old, won't be much longer.
