The repugs don’t want federal regulations so trash, like the two sentenced, can get away with their criminal activities. Bernie Madoff was a repug who was rubbing elbows with people from the Bush administration.

corzine?
he ranted against de-regulation while in office.
then used de-regulation to his personal advantage after leaving office.
.
which makes him........., a greedy person that understands the law.
or, a duplicitous person that took advantage of a lacking system to show "the world" what was being allowed through de-regulation.

everyone knows who corzine is, unless they've been living in a cave I mean.
.
I was pointing out the irony of his actions.
and who's NOT an insider in the Obama administration?
at this point almost anyone on the planet can be associated is some way shape or form.
.
in fact, I think that while in office he almost killed his family while driving drunk
(I could be thinking of someone else from NJ)

We need the death penalty for economic crimes. If a few of these wall street sociopaths were executed these shenanigans would stop! Madoff and corzine should have gotten the needle!

we don't even give the death penalty to rapists and murderers, these guys will get white collar jail, which is essentially a resort when compared to normal prison.
