Good to see that the police are doing their job. Jangir would be sueing if he was in the subway and a suicide bombing occured. All searches should be done by racial profiling, we waste a lot of time, energy, and money checking out 75 year old grandmas, WW II veterans, etc. We know who is trying to destroy us, so why not just look for those people. Sorry pal, but maybe you should go see the doctors Micheal Jackson used to lighten up your skin.

He may as well sue the airlines too. They always subject my bags for a search before travel. It's called public safety.

while i agree with the police. the poster is clearly dilusional. How can you expect an American born citizen for the actions of mid-eastern terrorists? Thats like blaming all americans for doofuses like yourself, or blaming all white people for the KKK e.t.c.

let's see what Jangir has to say when the inevitable happens, and someone who fits the same profile as him actually does this. I hope he will take the time to apologize to all the deac victims' families that he did his best to make it easier for murders to accomplish their goals.

Way to go Jangir, I hope you feel good about yourself.

I can understand this guys feelings as I was always the umptenth guy being randomally drugged searched leaving the Navy base overseas.

There are thing he could have done/not done to help out his situtation. Not having all the details, I can only assume some facts. Because of the amount of times he was stopped and on the same route each day, it is safe to assume that some of the same officers stopped him. If he had mouthed off to them the first time, they may be busting his chops on that fact and not because of his race. I have found that is you treat the officers with respect, they return the same. Be a ball buster and see what you get.

Hello, who flew planes into the trade center? Who blew up the bus and train in London, who planted bombs in the train in Spain? I have no problem with profiling. While I would not like being searched I would understand that it is for the safety of everyone. Our civility will be the death of us.

You would think he would be quite happy that NY finest is doing their job. That his tax dollars are hard at work protecting him....

they were not born & raised in brooklyn stupid. I agree with the police, but i sympathize with the man b/c he and others like him(U.S. citizens of mid east descent) are in a tight spot through no fault of their own, that tight spot just happens to keep me safe...sad but true

Wow, did you miss the point of my post. I wasn't blaming him at all. My point was if he had any friends who might be Muslim and were complaining of the same treatment, it might just be because they have been profiled (which, incidentally, I have NO problem with) because of their appearance. If they don't like it, then SPEAK UP to their more radical Muslim bretren and tell them to STOP killing indiscriminately and then they won't be singled out or searches. Political correctness is going to get us killed, and is leading to our demise.

I'd dismiss this case before the Complaitant even had the chance to take his seat.

Then send him a bill for wasting te courts time.
